Order Your Research

  1. Decide which package suits you best – this will depend on what you already know and what your budget is.

  2. Download the initial information form and return your completed form either by email or post.

  3. We will carry out an FREE initial assessment to ensure there is enough information to continue with the required research.

  4. When the assessment is complete, you will receive a customer agreement and an invoice.

  5. The customer agreement will outline the package chosen, timelines for completion and payment structure, this must be signed and returned via email or post.

  6. The invoice can be paid by cheque or Paypal.  (If you wish to pay via Paypal, this must be stated on the initial information form.

  7. Once the signed customer agreement and deposit has been received, your research will commence in accordance with the customer agreement timeline.

  8. During the research, you will receive two updates to et you know how the research is progressing.

  9. At the completion date, a final invoice will be sent and upon receipt of the payment, all information will be posted to the client at the address given on the customer agreement.
